My wife and I would like to express our appreciation for the customer service we received from Cupp's Auto Care. We were heading to Martinsburg from Virginia when our Ford Explorer had a stuck rear brake caliper. A local Martinsburg resident helped by calling several area repair shops for us, but none would help us on a Saturday. When the call was made to Cupp's Auto Care, Mr. Cupp said he would repair our brake problem. Within four hours of our leaving the vehicle with them and at a reasonable price – they got us back on the road when we needed it. All of the staff at Cupp's were extremely polite and helpful, and we were very grateful we were able to get back home the same day. Our thanks again for this excellent service.

A screw in my tire 200 miles from home with a camper is my definition of "captive audience." This shop squeezed me in, patched my tire in a few minutes, and charged me a "more than fair" price. Friendly. Professional. Would use them again in a heartbeat and if they were in my town, I would recommend them to family and friends. They could have gouged me and didn't. This is the best that a small business has to offer.

I took my truck into Stamps Auto in Queen Creek, AZ and was amazed at their friendliness, professionalism and knowledge. This happened after a trip to another shop that gave me an estimate of $3550. I was concerned about the price so that’s when we went to Stamps for a second opinion and found out they could do the same job and save us $1500. These savings were huge and what made it even bigger was the fact that my truck is safe, runs wells and I'm a happy camper who saved both time & money by going with Stamps Auto. Just because someone else was going to charge me more, didn't mean it was going to be better, in fact the last time that other shop worked on my truck, they broke the steering wheel tilt. Bob and Diane Howell, Dan Rodfong, and Rob Koyn at Bob's Towing and Repair, in Estes Park, CO all deserve a bonus for going out of their way to help our family while we were on vacation. Our truck's fuel pump went out while we were on the highest peak in Rocky Mtn. National Park. We called AAA and they sent Rob from Bob's Towing. Rob was very friendly and even slowed down so we could take some pictures in RMNP as we headed toward the shop. Once at the shop, Bob asked us where we had reservations, and he took us, and our luggage to the motel. The following day, Friday, Diane picked us up and took us back to the shop, as our check out time was 11 am. When we got to the shop, all four employees were working on our truck. They knew we had no place to stay that night that we need to get home for work on Monday. They went out of their way to find the parts they needed to repair the truck and get us on the road again. We were very impressed with the outstanding service above and beyond what was expected and their friendliness. All four, Bob, Diane, Rob, and Dan, treated us like family and seemed genuinely concerned with helping us. We wish we had a shop like theirs in Indiana. Thank you so much Bob, Diane, Rob, and Dan!

This is regarding the Vienna Automotive Center in Vienna, Illinois. I recently found out they were a member of your network and I feel I MUST share. The young couple that own the place are fantastic. The transmission on my Ford E-450 based RV malfunctioned on the interstate while I was passing Vienna. I pulled in and was directed to this facility by the local gas station attendant. I am sure glad he sent me there. The owner diagnosed the problem right away and removed and repaired my transmission right away. Since it was late in the afternoon I suggested he start on it the next morning and he agreed. They let me camp out in their parking lot, gave me directions to local attractions, let me use their WIFI and just plain treated me right. They made me feel like I was their most important customer, gave me a fair price for repairs and were better than professional. You should be proud this facility and these people represent your network and you should reward them in some way for BETTER than OUTSTANDING service! Please feel free to email me for more details should you need them. I just need to say that there should be more facilities and more operators like this couple in the auto repair industry. I give them A++ rating for service and professionalism!
